KDR events are one of the leading live entertainment companies in the Midlands providing a range of services for events including DJs, dhol players, live singers, lighting and sound equipment.

Our brief was to create a new flyer design incorporating their brand colours alongside a ticket design for an event they were hosting. In addition, we were also tasked with providing all the print management for them.

Promoting an entertainment event via a flyer design can be a complex task due to the sheer volume of information that it requires to be put on.

During our creative brief, we deduced the main messages that needed to be on the flyer and opted for a simple, clean and eye-catching design with calls to action. This design was then replicated on tickets for the event. Our brief involved print management which saw us create a foil numbering ticketing system to prevent fraud and monitor sales
